Facelia is a bank card that allows you to pay for your purchases in cash or, if you wish, on credit. It is used like your traditional bank card, when paying a retailer in a store, or at any ATM. How does your Facelia card work ? Your Facelia card (1) is a bank card that serves two functionalities : - You can make cash transactions (purchases at a retail store, mail orders, or withdrawals) which are debited to your Facelia revolving credit line either immediately or as a deferred payment.
- You can make credit transactions (purchases at retail stores, withdrawals) which are debited to your Facelia revolving credit line, which you can pay back at your own pace.
You can pay cash in France, abroad and on the Internet. You can pay on credit only in France. Credit transactions are not permitted abroad, nor for mail orders.
Credit functionality: an overview The credit functionality of your Facelia(1) card is linked to a one-year revolving credit line, renewable from Natixis Financement with a maximum limit of up to 21,500 €.
Your monthly payments must be equal to at least 3% of the amount owed with a minimum of 16 €. The revisable TAEG [annual percentage rate] varies between 11.50% and 17.95% depending on the amount used (excluding optional insurance) and the total credit cost varies according to the duration and the amount of credit used.

At any given moment and without charge you can transfer money from your revolving credit line to your bank account for your cash requirements, and from your bank account into your revolving credit line to pay back the sums due more quickly.
Warranties for your purchases (2)
Thanks to your Facelia bank card (1), you avoid having to pay more to insure your store purchases. For any purchase paid in cash or on credit using your Facelia card(1), you will enjoy : An extension of the manufacturer’s warranty(2) for your computer, appliance and audiovisual purchases of a minimum value of 100 €, A warranty against theft and deterioration(2), which insures your goods for 30 days following their purchase, Warranties while you are away in France and abroad(2).
